This page explains what personal information is collected through alitutors.com, why, and what your rights are. This site is run by Ali Aljawabra, trading as Ali Tutors, a Bath-based private tutor.

What's collected

• Booking a free analysis call: your name and email address, via Google Calendar's appointment booking system.
• Booking a block of sessions: your name, email, and payment details, handled entirely by Stripe (payment details are never seen or stored by Ali Tutors directly).
• Contacting by phone or email: whatever you choose to share (name, contact details, your child's subject/exam board).

Why it's collected

Solely to arrange, schedule, and deliver tutoring sessions, and to communicate with you about bookings, payments, and rescheduling. Nothing collected here is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Who it's shared with

• Stripe (payment processing): see Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google Calendar (appointment scheduling): see Google's privacy policy.

No other third parties receive your information. This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

How long it's kept

Contact and booking details are kept only as long as needed to deliver tutoring and meet basic accounting/tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data held about you at any time. To do so, or with any other privacy question, email alitutoring@outlook.com.
